54 31 180 Removing and installing/replacing a mounting for convertible top compartment floor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Open rear lid.
Remove convertible top compartment base . See 54 31 170 Removing And Installing/Replacing Convertible Top Compartment Floor .

Release screws (1 and 2) and remove expansion rivet (3).

Feed out mounting towards rear top over spring strut cap.

Installation:

Feed in mounting under funnel.
