51 47 151 Removing and installing/replacing left luggage compartment wheel arch trim

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove luggage compartment floor trim panel . See 51 47 131 Replacing Front Trim For Luggage Compartment Floor .
Remove top trim on tail panel . See 51 46 050 Removing And Installing/Replacing Top Trim On Tail Panel .

Release clips (2).

Release screw clips (1).

Luggage compartment wheel arch trim (3).

Release screw (2).

Carefully raise trim (1) on rear spring strut dome with special tool 00 9 317.

Cut open luggage compartment wheel arch trim (3) in area (4).

Remove luggage compartment wheel arch trim (3).

Installation:

Make sure luggage compartment wheel arch trim is correctly seated.
