51 12 801 Replacing bracket for rear bumper at left or right (bumper removed)

If necessary, remove and refit complete rear bumper, refer to 51 12 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE REAR BUMPER

Installation:

If necessary, mark position of bracket on body.

Unfasten screws and remove bracket (1).

Tightening torque. Refer to BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Ideal adjustment:

Distance (A) on side between bumper and body-cutout is to be the same.

Dimension (A) = 5 +/- 1 mm
