51 24 115 Removing and installing/replacing striker for rear lid upper section

Remove trim for rear lid lower section. Refer to 51 49 090 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING TRIM FOR REAR LID LOWER SECTION .

Release screws (1) and remove striker (2).

Installation:

Adjust rear lid latch (striker) for upper section of rear lid lock.

CAUTION: Closing bracket and rear lid lock must not be greased.
