51 41 018 Replacing speaker frame on front left or right door trim panel

Remove front door trim panel.51 41 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .

Release plastic welded joints (1) and remove speaker frame (2).

Installation:

Install new speaker frame (1).

Push locking washers (3) onto plastic pins (2).

Shorten all plastic pins (2) down to measurement (A).

(A) = 2 mm.
