63 17 000 Removing and installing/replacing left or right foglight insert

Unclip headlight by inserting a screwdriver through upper aperture. Pull off connector. Disconnect steel-wire clamp and pull out light bulb.

CAUTION: Do not take hold of glass part of bulb with bare fingers. Only take hold of bulb on base or with a clean cloth or packaging of light bulb. If necessary, adjust foglight, refer to 63 10 014 ADJUSTING FOGLIGHTS .

Roadster:

Unclip and remove finisher.

Unfasten screws, pry out headlight insert and remove connector.
