51 16 240 Removing and installing rear oddments box (Z3 Roadster, M Roadster)

Loosen oddments tray (do not remove), refer to 51 16 200 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ODDMENTS TRAY (Z3 ROADSTER, M ROADSTER, Z3 COUPE, M COUPE) .

Press up oddments tray (1) and unfasten screws (2).

Version (A):

Without rollover protection bar, without subwoofer, without "Harman-Kardon" Hi-Fi system:

Open cover and unfasten screws (1).

Without rollover protection bar, without subwoofer, without "Harman-Kardon" Hi-Fi system:

Unfasten screws (1) and remove oddments box (2).

Version (B):

With rollover protection bar:

Removing and installing rollover protection bar, refer to 54 61 001 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING .

Pull off finisher (1) (lock) upward.

Version (B):

With rollover protection bar:

Lift out covers (1) and unfasten screws. Unfasten screws (2) and take off oddments box upward.

Version (C):

With rollover protection bar, with "Harman-Kardon" Hi-Fi system:

Removing and installing loudspeaker box, refer to 65 13 300 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COMPLETE SUBWOOFER SPEAKER FOR TOP HI-FI SYSTEM (Z3 ROADSTER, M ROADSTER HARMANN KARDON) .

Unclip cover (1) upward.

Removing and installing left and right rollover protection bar, refer to 54 61 001 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING LEFT OR RIGHT ROLLOVER PROTECTION BAR (Z3 ROADSTER, M ROADSTER) .

Lift out detent (1) and pull off finisher strip (2) (lock) upward.

Installation:

Glue on seal (3) if necessary.

Version (C):

With rollover protection bar, with "Harman-Kardon" Hi-Fi system:

Lift out covers (1) and unfasten screws. Unfasten screws (2) and take off oddments box upward.
