65 13 300 Removing and installing/replacing complete subwoofer speaker for Top hi-fi system (Z3 Roadster, M Roadster Harmann Kardon)

Unclip cover (1) in direction of arrow.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty clips (1).

Loosen screws (1).

Remove bracket (2).

Release screws (3).

Pull out subwoofer speaker (4) in direction of arrow.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Remove subwoofer speaker from car.

Installation:

Under no circumstances bring plug connection (1) into area of speaker (2) (risk of damage to diaphragm).

Installation:

Compress subwoofer speaker tube (1) a little.

Subwoofer speaker tube (1) must not be kinked while it is installed (droning noises).
