63 11 760 Replace FLEL control unit (From 04/2015)

Attention.

Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove HEADLIGHT WITH LED TECHNOLOGY on the left.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 63 11 1AZ .

Pull off Frontal Light Electronics control unit (2) from headlight.

Unlock and disconnect the connector (1).

Installation note:

Gasket (3) on Frontal Light Electronics control unit (2) should not be damaged or missing.

Ensure the correct installation of Frontal Light Electronics control unit (2).

Replacement:

Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/CODING .
