65 90 540 Removing and installing/replacing aerial of Global Positioning System (GPS)

IMPORTANT: READ AND COMPLY WITH NOTES ON PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Partially removing TRIM FOR STORAGE SHELF

List sound insulation (1).

Release screw (2).

Unfasten plug connection (3) and disconnect.

Remove GPS aerial (4).

Installation note:

Make sure the GPS aerial is correctly installed!

Position GPS aerial (4) so that positioning pin on back engages in associated bore hole.
