51 16 190 Removing and installing/replacing lock cylinder in center armrest

Special tools required: 

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).

Open storage compartment, if necessary.

Lever out and remove the closure cover (1) with special tool 00 9 325 .

Insert key (1) in lock cylinder (2).

Lever out lock barrel (2) with screwdriver (3) upwards.

Replacement: 

Assemble new LOCK BARREL  according to the encoding.
