67 61 541 Remove/install/replace drive for the rear window

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Support soft top compartment lid in SERVICE POSITION
Remove REAR WINDOW GASKET

Release screws.

Remove cover (1) from rear window module.

Release screws.

Remove cover (1) for hydraulic aggregate.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 67 62 4AZ .

Remove cover.

Remove riser cable (2) from the guide.

Release screws.

Tightening torque 67 62 5AZ .

Remove mounting plate (1).

Remove electric motor (2).

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Installation note:

Guide plate (3) must be correctly positioned on the worm drive (4).

Installation note:

Please observe the installation sequence!

Guide plate (2) must be correctly positioned on the worm drive (1).

Riser cables (3) must be correctly positioned in the guides at the worm drive (1).
