54 62 010 Removing and installing/replacing cover on left or right rollover protection bar

Special tools required:

2 213 409

IMPORTANT: Perform work carefully!
Retaining lugs must not be damaged!
The complete rollover protection bar must be replaced if the retaining lugs are damaged!

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Activate both ROLLOVER PROTECTION BARS .

Position special tool 2 213 409 as illustrated and unlock left and right retaining lugs (1).

Take off cover (1).

Installation note:

Retaining chambers (1) for rollover protection bar, right.

Retaining chambers (2) for rollover protection bar, left.

Replace the rollover protection bar if retaining lugs are damaged.
