54 34... Removing and installing/replacing soft top servo motor

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove COWL PANEL TRIM .
WARNING:
Soft top becomes pressureless without a warning signal.
For all repair work, secure soft top with a suitable support tool against collapsing.
Ensure soft top is supported in the middle.
Ignition must remain switched off during the repair work.
Failure to comply with this instruction may result in the hydraulic valves incurring preliminary damage.

IMPORTANT:
Do not lift off ball socket with engaged retaining clip.
Replace over-elongated retaining clip.
Before installation, grease ball socket if necessary.
Replace over-elongated retaining clip.

Open the retaining clip left and right and unclip the ball head (1).
Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
NOTE:
Secure soft top drive (3) against falling down.
Unfasten screws (2).
Remove soft top drive (3).
