51 12 210 Removing and installing trim on rear left or right bumper side section

Partially detach REAR WHEEL ARCH TRIM (1) (see picture).

Unfasten screws (2 and 3).

Release expansion rivet (4).

Installation:

If necessary, replace expander rivet (4).

Break open welded clips (1).

Installation:

Secure broken open clips with retainers.

Carefully detach trim (1) from catches (2).

Installation:

Catches on trim and bumper side section must not be damaged.
