11 13 020 Removing and installing/replacing lower oil sump section

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove STIFFENING PLATE
- Drain ENGINE OIL
Disconnect plug connection on level sensor.
Release all screws along line (1).
Installation:
Replace seal.
Tightening torque: see 3AZ in 11 13 OIL SUMP
Assemble engine.
