11 72 000 Removing and installing/replacing air pump (N74)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Disconnect negative battery cable.
Remove FAN COWL WITH ELECTRIC FAN .
Remove right-hand INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING
Evacuate AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM .
Undo both AIR-CONDITIONING LINES at condenser.

Disconnect connector (1).

Unlock air hose (2) and remove.

Slacken screws (1)

Remove air pump (2).

Check function of DME.
