51 43 148 Removing and installing or replacing trim on left or right door pillar (top)

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove PANEL FOR DOOR PILLAR (BOTTOM) .

Detach edge protector (1) in area of trim (2).

Pull off trim (2) towards bottom.

Complete removal only:

Release BELT SCREW on front seat.

Feed out belt strap (3) from trim (2).

Installation:

Guides (1) and clips (2) on trim (3) must not be damaged.
