51 16 190 Removing and installing / replacing lock cylinder in center armrest

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove CENTRE CONSOLE TRIM .

Remove front mat insert (1).

Installation:

Cleanly adjust rubber nipples and lugs of mat insert.

Release screws (2) of lock carrier (1)and remove lock carrier (1) toward the front.

Installation:

Make sure lock carrier (1) is properly seated.
