51 16 361 Replacing right glovebox

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove right GLOVEBOX with housing
Remove FASTENER FOR GLOVEBOX
Remove DAMPER FOR GLOVEBOX
Remove GLOVEBOX LIGHT
If necessary, remove hotel setting switch

If the replacement fuse chart (supplied with the new glovebox) does not match to the original fuse chart,

Continue to use the original fuse chart.
Dispose of the replacement fuse chart.

Release clips (1) and remove cover (2).

Remove all dummy platers.

Release screws (1) and remove locking catch (2) from glovebox housing.
