84 50 565 Replacing Bluetooth cable aerial

NOTE:

If a Combox is installed, the Bluetooth aerial is in the wiring harness to the Combox.

If a headunit is installed, the Bluetooth aerial is in the wiring harness to the headunit.

Bluetooth cable aerial installation location when Combox is installed.

Remove REAR LEFT DOOR SILL COVER STRIP .

Lay floor trim (1) to one side.

Remove luggage compartment floor trim panel.

NOTE: Unlock and disconnect plug connection (1) of Bluetooth cable aerial (2) at Combox.

Secure Bluetooth cable aerial repair kit to wiring harness and close plug connection (1).

After successful completion of function check, disconnect start and end of faulty Bluetooth cable aerial at first mounting point.

Remove CENTER CONSOLE (2).

Unclip Bluetooth cable aerial (1).

Remove HEADUNIT .

NOTE:

Unlock and disconnect plug connection (1) of Bluetooth cable aerial to headunit.

Secure Bluetooth cable aerial repair kit to wiring harness for center console and close plug connection (1).

After successful completion of function check, disconnect start and end of faulty Bluetooth cable aerial at first mounting point.
