64 53 515 Replacing Drier Insert For A/C System

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove condenser for A/C system, refer to 64 53 550 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING CONDENSER FOR AIR CONDITIONER

Remove screw plug (1), tightening torque 64 53 12AZ. Refer to HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Withdraw drier insert from condenser.

Installation:

Replace sealing ring and coat with suitable refrigerant oil.
