51 16 193 Removing and installing/replacing cover on front cup holder

Special tools required:

00 9 323 , see 00 9 323 CLEANING WEDGE (SCRAPER)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove center console trim (gear selector switch), see REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING CENTER CONSOLE TRIM (GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH)
Release center console, see REMOVING COMPLETE CENTRE CONSOLE

Release catches (2) with special tool 00 9 323 .

Feed out trim on cup holder (1) towards rear.

Installation:

First feed trim on cup holder into guides (1), then press down onto center console.
