51 22 436 Replacing Function Carrier (With Roller Sun Blind) On Left Or Right Rear Door

Light module (build date up to 09/2004)
Bowden cable
Speaker
Door wiring harness
Quick-release coupling grey 1.8 mm
Quick-release coupling white 0.8 mm

Roller sun blind module
Quick-release coupling grey 1.8 mm
Quick-release coupling white 0.8 mm

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR FUNCTION CARRIER
Remove CONTROL UNIT
Remove SPEAKER
If necessary, remove LIGHT MODULE

Version with roller sun blind:

Remove ROLLER SUN BLIND MODULE

Release clip.

Remove Bowden cable.

Press out quick-release couplings.

Installation:

Make sure quick-release couplings are installed in correct position.
