17 11 100 Removing and installing/replacing coolant expansion tank (N46, N45, N52, N52K, N51, N53)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Drain Coolant from radiator

Unlock and disconnect plug on coolant level switch (1).

Release and disconnect coolant hoses (2).

Release bolts.

For tightening torque refer to 17 11 3AZ in 17 11 RADIATOR, EXPANSION TANK, LINES (N52, N52K, N51, N54, N45, N46) .

Remove coolant expansion tank (3).

Installation:

Insert locating pin in rubber grommet.

Check cooling system for Leaks.
