51 16 383 Removing and installing/replacing damper for glovebox

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove Glovebox With Housing

Open glovebox.

Release clip (1).

Press catch (1) together and slide damper (2) in direction of arrow.

Remove damper (2) in inward direction.

Installation:

Catch (1) and guide (2) on damper (3) must not be damaged or missing.
