Y3: Check Outside Air Temperature Sensor Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the outside air temperature sensor connector. Measure the resistance of the Black wire between the outside air temperature sensor connector and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, replace the outside air temperature sensor. If no, service the Black wire.
