Y1: Check Outside Air Temperature Circuit

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the 10A ELECTRON BAT fuse from the interior fuse junction panel. Wait at least 2 minutes before reinstalling the fuse. This will clear the instrument cluster memory. Disconnect the outside air temperature sensor connector on the lower center radiator support. Connect Rotunda Instrument Gauge System Tester 021-00055 or equivalent between the Yellow wire at the outside air temperature sensor connector and ground. Adjust the tester to 20 ohms. Reinstall the 10A ELECTRON BAT fuse. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. Adjust the instrument gauge system tester to the following resistances in the order that they appear in the table, see RESISTANCE TO TEMPERATURE CHART  .

Is the outside temperature display working properly? If yes, go to step Y3: CHECK OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR GROUND  . If no, go to the next step.
