D2: Check Wires Between Message Center Control Assembly (MCCA) Switch Module & Instrument Cluster

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the (MCCA) connector and the instrument cluster. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector C3. Measure the voltage on the Brown wire at terminal No. 9 of the instrument cluster connector as the MCCA "SELECT" switch is activated. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Measure the voltage on the Green/Red wire at terminal No. 10 of the instrument cluster connector as the MCCA "RESET" switch is activated. Measure the voltage on the Yellow/Green wire at terminal No. 11 of the instrument cluster connector as the MCCA "English/Metric" switch is activated.. Measure the voltage on the Green wire at terminal No. 14 of the instrument cluster connector as the MCCA "TRIP/RESET" switch is activated. Measure the voltage on the Red/Blue wire at terminal No. 13 of the instrument cluster connector as the "Odometer/Trip" switch is activated. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Are the voltages greater than 10 volts? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, go to the next step.
