B5: Check Instrument Cluster Power Supply

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect all of the instrument cluster connectors. Turn the ignition key to the ON position and measure the voltage on the Gray/Blue wire at the C1 and C2 instrument cluster connector, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Measure the voltage on the Purple wire at the instrument cluster connector C3. Are the voltages greater that 10 volts? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Gray/Blue and/or Purple wires in question.
