AC8: Check Power Supply To Bulb Check Relay

With the ignition in the OFF position, remove the bulb check relay. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. Measure the voltage on the Blue wire at the bulb check relay connector. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Blue wire between the interior fuse junction panel and the bulb check relay. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
