T2: Check For Fuel Flow Signal

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the instrument cluster and the electronic cluster connector C3. Verify the fuel flow signal is present on the Orange/Black wire at terminal No. 6 of the electronic instrument cluster connector. Is the signal present? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, service the Orange/Black wire. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
