M1: Check Vehicle Speed Sensor

With the ignition in the OFF position, connect a voltmeter between the Pink/Blue wire at the instrument cluster connector C3 and the Black/Red wire at the instrument cluster connector C2. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Place the voltmeter in the AC volts position. Drive the vehicle at the speeds indicated below and verify their corresponding voltages. See SPEED TO VOLTAGE COMPARISON  . Are the voltages correct? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, go to the next step.
