E2: Check Wire Between Instrument Cluster & Fuel Pump Assembly

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the instrument cluster connector C3 and disconnect the fuel pump assembly connector. Measure the resistance of the Blue/Red wire between the instrument cluster connector C3 and ground, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, service the Blue/Red wire for a short.
