D1: Check Wire Between Fuse & Message Center Control Assembly (MCCA) Switch Module

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the Message Center Control Assembly (MCCA) switch module see MESSAGE CENTER CONTROL ASSEMBLY (MCCA) SWITCH MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. Measure the voltage on the Gray/Blue wire at terminal No. 3 of the MCCA connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Gray/Blue wire.
