B6: Check Instrument Cluster Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the 15A ROOM LAMP fuse. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector C2. Measure the resistance of the Black/Red wire and the Black wire between the instrument cluster connector C2 and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If resistance greater than 5 ohms on Black/Red wire, repair wire. If resistance is greater than 5 ohms on Black wire, go to next step..
