AN3: Check For Short To Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the 15A TAIL LAMP fuse. Disconnect the headlamp switch connector located on the instrument panel. Measure the resistance of the Orange/Blue wire between the right hand terminal of the 15A TAIL LAMP fuse holder and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, service the Orange/Blue wire. If no, replace the 15A TAIL LAMP fuse. Go to the next step.
