AD2: Check Ground Wire

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the instrument cluster connector C1. Locate and remove the center green diode strip from the diode junction box. Measure the resistance of the Black wire between the instrument cluster connector C1 and Terminal No. 14 of the diode junction box connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Black wire for an open.
