AB4: Check Wire Between Instrument Cluster & Windshield Washer Reservoir Fluid Level Sensor

With the ignition key in the OFF position, locate and disconnect the instrument cluster connector C1 and the windshield washer reservoir fluid level sensor connector. Measure the resistance of the Green/Black wire between the instrument cluster connector C1 and the windshield washer fluid level sensor connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Measure the resistance of the Green/Black wire between the instrument cluster connector C1 and ground. Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between the instrument cluster and windshield washer reservoir fluid level sensor and greater than 10,000 ohms between the instrument cluster and ground? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, service the Green/Black wire.
