AB3: Check Windshield Washer Reservoir Fluid Level Sensor Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the windshield washer reservoir fluid level sensor connector. Measure the resistance of the Black wire between the windshield washer reservoir fluid level sensor connector and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the black wire for an open.
