AP5: Check Power Supply To Timer Module

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the timer module connector located behind the left hand cowl side trim panel. Turn the headlamp switch in the parking lamp position or the headlamp position. Measure the voltage on the Pink wire at the timer module connector. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Pink wire.
