AK3: Check Wire Between Instrument Cluster & Low Oil Level Relay

With the ignition key in the OFF position, remove the instrument cluster, see ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Disconnect the instrument cluster connector C1. Disconnect the low oil level relay connector located behind the glove compartment. Measure the resistance of the Black/Yellow wire between terminal No. 13 of the instrument cluster connector C1 and the low oil level relay connector. Measure the resistance of the Black/Yellow wire between terminal No. 13 of the instrument cluster connector C1 and ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between the instrument cluster and the low oil level relay, and greater than 10,000 ohms between the instrument cluster and ground? If yes, go to the next step. If no, service the Black/Yellow wire.
