AF3: Check Right Turn Signal Input To Instrument Cluster

With the ignition key in the OFF position, locate and disconnect the instrument cluster connector C1. Turn the ignition key to the ON position and operate the right hand turn signal. Measure the voltage on the Red/White wire at the instrument cluster connector C1. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Does the voltage alternate between 0 and 10 volts? If yes, replace the instrument cluster. If no, service the Red/White wire.
