Remove/Install Boost Pressure Control Pressure Transducer - AR07.17-P-7004SVZ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine cover. INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Install the engine cover only after the engine test run. AR01.10-P-2405SVZ
2 Tip wastegate pressure transducer (Y31/11) out of the holder (arrow) and push it out.    
3 Release and disconnect the electrical connector (2).    
4 Remove snap clamp and vacuum hose (1) from the wastegate pressure transducer (Y31/11). IMPORTANT Plug openings.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace snap clamp.

5 Remove snap clamp and vacuum hose (3) from the wastegate pressure transducer (Y31/11). IMPORTANT Plug openings.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace snap clamp.

6 Remove wastegate pressure transducer (Y31/11).    
INSPECT Check     
7 Check vacuum hoses (1, 3) for damage. If damage is present,

Replace corresponding vacuum hose (1, 3).
 
8 Install in the reverse order.    
INSPECT Check     
9 Read out and delete fault memory using vehicle diagnosis system.    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-06FR
WARNING Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area. AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Perform engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
