Remove/Install Hydraulic Cylinder Head Valve Clearance Compensating Elements - AR05.00-P-2011SVZ

	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes due to handling of engine oil. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing engine oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.	AS18.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove camshaft (1) of left cylinder bank.		AR05.20-P-6998SVZ
2	Remove camshaft (1) of right cylinder bank.		AR05.20-P-6999SVZ
3	Remove camshaft bearing bridges (2).	Do not disassemble camshaft bearing bridges (2). : Ensure correct positioning of the camshaft bearing bridges (2) at the guide pin (3).
4	Mark compensating elements (4) relative to respective roller-type rocker arm (5).	Where compensating element (4) is reused.
5	Press compensating elements (4) using drift ø 2 mm out of roller-type rocker arms (5).	Do not use a magnet. Slide surfaces of compensating elements (4) will otherwise become magnetized. The smallest of iron filings can as a result accumulate that lead to damage to the compensating elements (4) and cams. : Reinstall compensating elements (4) that have not been replaced at same position.
6	Install in the reverse order.
