Remove/Install Low-Temperature Circuit Expansion Reservoir - AR09.41-P-0001SVZ

Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove engine cover. | AR01.10-P-2405SVZ | |
| 2 | Carefully open cap (2) of low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1), release overpressure, and remove cap (2). | ||
| 3 | Suction off the coolant out of the low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Remove screws (3). | ||
| 5 | Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) from coolant hose (4) and take off. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Seal coolant hose (4) with suitable protective cover. | Fig 2 | |
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| Check | |||
