| 1 | Drain coolant of low-temperature circuit. | AR09.41-P-6834SVZ | |
| 2 | Drain coolant of high-temperature circuit. | AR20.00-P-1142SVZ | |
| 3 | Remove left and right air intake lines (1). | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Remove air intake scoop (2). | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Remove left and right sealing frames (3). | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Unscrew screws (4) and remove upper crossmember (5) together with both threaded plates (6). | *BA62.30-P-1005-01G | |
| 7 | Remove retaining clips (7). | ||
| 8 | Unclip electrical wiring harness (8) from cooler unit. | Do not crush or kink electrical wiring harness (8) or subject it to tension. This will result in damage to the electrical wiring harness (8) and may impair its function. |

| 9 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (8.1) and place electrical wiring harness (8) to one side. | ||
| 10 | Remove coolant lines (9, 10, 11, 12) from cooler and seal openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 11 | Unscrew screw (13), unclip holder (14) from radiator support, and place low-temperature circuit switchover valve (Y73/1) to one side with coolant lines connected. | ||
| 12 | Unclip coolant line (12) from fan (M4/7). | ||
| 13 | Unclip fan (M4/7) upward from holders (arrows) and remove fan (M4/7) upward. | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order. |
