	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove belt pulley (2).		AR20.10-P-1275SVZ
2	Remove belt pulley (9).		AR03.30-P-1700SVZ
3	Remove coolant hoses (4, 5) from coolant pump (3).	Check status of coolant hoses (4, 5) and hose clamps. If damage is present: ↓ Replace damaged assembly part.
4	Remove guide pulley (6).	Screw, guide pulley to	*BA13.25-P-1002-01ZA
5	Remove guide pulley (10).	Screw/bolt, guide pulley to timing case cover	*BA13.25-P-1003-01ZA
6	Unscrew screws (7) and remove coolant pump
	Coolant pump tightening procedure	Install new seal (8). Pay attention to length of bolts and tightening sequence.	GF20.10-P-1271-01SVZ
7	Clean sealing surfaces.	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
8	Install in the reverse order.
