| 1 | Release tension from poly-V belt and remove. | AR13.22-P-1202SVZ | |
| 2 | Unscrew screws (2) and remove tensioning device (1). | *BA13.25-P-1001-01ZA | |
| Check | |||
| 3 | Check tensioner pulley and tensioning device (1) for damage and wear. | If damage or wear is present, ↓ Replace clamping device (1). Clamp new tensioning device (1) in a vise, turn counterclockwise at hexagon (1.1) and slide in pin and relieve tensioning device (1) of tension. |

| 4 | Install in the reverse order. |
