| 5 | Disconnect brake lining wear sensor wiring harness (2) from brake lining wear sensor. | If the brake linings (1) on the right side of the vehicle are removed. | |
| 6 | Unscrew screw (5) of brake lining wear sensor wiring harness (2). | If the brake linings (1) on the right side of the vehicle are removed. | |

| 7 | Hammer out retaining pins (4) with punch. | Make sure that the spreader spring (6) is seated correctly. |

| 11 | Remove brake caliper (3) and secure to vehicle free of tension. | ||
| 12 | Remove brake linings (1) with spreader spring (6) from brake caliper (3). | Do not apply brake paste or lubricants to brake linings (1) and brake calipers (3). Otherwise malfunctions will occur. Note installation position of brake linings (1). |
